Wallet merge

Legacy: combine duplicate wallet-and-email identities from earlier versions of Vision.

Wallet merge is a legacy feature for accounts that were created with a wallet signature in an earlier version of Vision. New accounts use email / Google / Apple sign-in plus a managed Vision Wallet, so this flow no longer applies to new sign-ups. When you'll see it You created two Vision accounts in the past (one with email and one with a wallet) and want to consolidate them. You're a wallet-only legacy user adding an email through onboarding's email step and Vision detects an existing email account that matches.

Merging is one-way. Once merged, the source account is gone. Double-check you've picked the right primary before confirming. Going forward. Because every signed-in account now uses a single Vision Wallet, duplicate-identity collisions are rare. If you hit one, get in touch at askvision.ai/contact and we'll sort it out.
