Conversational interface

How the chat thread, suggestions, and conversation history work.

Chat is the front door to Vision. Ask in plain English and you get a short answer plus a card with the real numbers on it. No dashboard to learn and no menus to find. Ask, and get a card back. A short answer, the live numbers beside it, and a way forward. Every reply follows the same shape: one or two sentences framing what matters, a card carrying the data, and an offer of the obvious next step. The thread A conversation is a single thread of messages.

You can have as many as you want; the sidebar lists them most-recent first, with pinned ones on top. Vision auto-titles each conversation after the first reply. Managing conversations by asking You don't have to hunt for the menu. Ask, and Vision does it: "rename this chat to Base research", "pin this", "share this conversation", "what have we talked about?". Sharing gives you a public read-only link you can revoke the same way.

Deleting always asks first. Ask Vision to delete a conversation and it doesn't. It shows you a confirm button and waits for the tap. The deletion happens when you press it, not when Vision decides it heard you correctly. A misheard "delete" is not something you can undo. Voice Vision can speak its replies. Turn it on or off by asking ("read your answers out", "stop speaking") rather than going to Settings.

Choosing which voice is the one part that needs the picker in Settings → Voice, since the voices aren't things you can name aloud. What Vision remembers Vision keeps notes on what you tell it about yourself so you don't repeat it every conversation, and it can look back across old threads when something you asked before is relevant. Everything it has stored is listed in Settings → Memory, and you can tell it to forget any of it.

Remembering is not doing. "Remember that I prefer Base" stores a note. "Change my display name to Dan" changes the setting. Vision keeps those separate and won't tell you it did the second when it only did the first. A blank conversation A greeting and a message box, and nothing else. Blank chats used to offer a handful of starter prompts. They are gone: everyone who reaches this screen is signed in and past onboarding, so it does not need to explain Vision to them.

Ask for whatever you want, in your own words. Mention contacts with @ Type @ to autocomplete from your saved contacts. Keep typing to filter, then pick with the arrow keys, mouse, or Enter. Vision resolves the name to the underlying address when you send. Speak your language Vision follows the language you write in, and you can pin one instead. Either by asking in chat ("reply in Spanish from now on") or in Settings.

It applies to chat replies and voice transcription alike. Tool runs and rich cards When Vision calls a tool, it streams the result back as a structured card inline with the message. Cards include: Token cards with prices, charts, and risk badges. Trade preview cards for buys, sells and swaps, including ones that cross chains. Balance and PnL cards for your holdings and how a position is doing. Risk and sentiment cards for research queries.

Cards are live. A token card stays interactive after it appears. You can flip the chart interval or expand a list of buyers without leaving the thread. Search across all conversations The conversation sidebar has a search field that matches both titles and message bodies across every conversation you've ever had. Useful when you remember asking about something but can't find the thread. Resending and editing Hover any of your messages to edit and resend it.

Vision deletes everything after the edited message and re-runs from there, so you can iterate on a prompt without scrolling back. Examples What did wallet AbCd…1234 do in the last 24h? Send 5 USDC to Alice Buy $50 of ETH on Base with my cash
