Feedback & reporting problems
How to report a problem or bug, send feedback, and rate replies — and what happens after.
Something broken, confusing, or missing? There are two ways to report a problem or send feedback, and both reach a person — we read every one. Report a problem from any page Open the menu and tap Tell us something. It's there on every page, and it sends your note together with the screen you were on, so you don't have to describe where you were — we can see it. Use it for bugs, issues, confusing moments, missing features, or ideas you'd like built.
Rate any reply Every Vision reply carries a thumbs up and a thumbs down. A thumbs down records the moment you tap it — no form required — and you can add a reason or a note if you want to say more. Tap again to undo either. Ratings reach the team with the exchange attached, so a wrong answer can be traced and fixed rather than guessed at. The fastest report is the one with the screen attached. If something looks wrong on a specific page, send it from that page with Tell us something rather than describing it from memory — the report carries the screen you were viewing.
What happens after Reports and ratings go straight to the team, with the page or the conversation context attached. We read every one. There's no public status tracker yet — when a fix ships, you'll usually see it in the changelog.
