How to reach a person at Vision: the contact form, what to use instead for bugs, and where to send a security report.

The quickest way to get in touch with a person at Vision is the contact form at askvision.ai/contact. It asks for your name, your email, what the message is about, and the message itself. We reply to the email address you give us, so check it before you send. If you would rather talk to a human than ask Vision itself, this is how you reach one. There is no phone line and no live chat window; it all goes through the form, and someone on the team reads every message.

Whichever you pick becomes the subject line, so your message reaches the right person without anyone having to read it twice.

If you are signed in, report bugs from inside the app Open the menu and tap Tell us something. It sends the page you were on along with your message, which usually saves a round trip of us asking where you were and what you tapped. You can also thumb any reply from Vision up or down. Both answer immediately, so try them first and get in touch about the things that genuinely need a person on the team. Security reports go to email, not the form. If you have found a vulnerability, email hello@askvision.ai rather than using the contact form. Please tell us before you tell anyone else, and never test a finding against another person's account or funds. We will never message you first.

Vision does not send direct messages, and nobody from the team will ever ask for your seed phrase, your password or a payment. If someone DMs you claiming to be Vision support, it is not us. There is no support address other than the ones on this page.
